P & R Siding is a local, family owned siding contractor working out of West Monroe. We don't publish a founder story with names and dates, because most of what makes a thirty-year company worth hiring isn't a story at all. It's what happens on the job.
P & R Siding has worked in Northeast Louisiana for more than thirty years - out of West Monroe, on houses and commercial buildings across the parish. That is long enough to have handled most of the new construction and existing-house remodeling work that has come through the area in that stretch, and long enough that the company's reputation is checkable rather than something we have to ask you to take on faith.
The company is local and family owned. It is also BBB accredited, and the BBB rates our services, including window replacement, A+. That rating comes from a third party, not from us, which is part of why it matters more than anything we could write here.
The single thing P & R does differently from a lot of siding and window outfits: there is no middleman. The person who quotes your job is the owner, and the owner is who you talk to if something needs fixing, not a sales rep who hands you off to a crew you never met. That holds on insurance work too, insurance claims are welcome, and you still deal directly with the owner rather than being routed through an adjuster's preferred contractor list.
We say our reputation is built on honesty, integrity, and superior craftsmanship because that's the actual pitch, not a slogan. Ask for a reference and we'll give you one. And because a job estimate or a question shouldn't sit for days, calls and emails get a response within 24 hours, most window questions get a same-day answer.
